Agricultural Production & Consulting is an innovative Austrian company with almost 40 years of experience in animal nutrition. In cooperation with the specialized company Schöllerbacher, ERES Tiernahrung, APC produces high-quality feed additives that comply with the strict Austrian and EU regulations and have been QS-certified since 2004.

Werner Speer has been working in the animal feed industry for over 55 years and has gained extensive experience at renowned companies in Austria and internationally. His focus is on innovative feeding concepts, recipe optimization, and sustainable animal health.
Together with scientific partners, he developed a solution that makes natural additives more effective and significantly reduces their use – with convincing results worldwide for gut health, immunity and performance.
To this day, Werner Speer stands for practical advice and innovative products that strengthen animals, the environment and customers alike.

Ernst Speer has been working in the animal feed industry for 11 years and is enthusiastic about the improvements that products and concepts can bring for humans, animals and the environment.
Building on his father's extensive experience, he has successfully established himself in the industry in recent years.
Previously, Ernst Speer worked for over 30 years in the international hotel and cruise industry, where he rose to the top. Today, he combines his experience from both sectors to drive innovative solutions and sustainable concepts in animal nutrition.
